Who we are

Bally's Interactive is the digital arm of one of the world's leading entertainment providers, with tens of millions of players across the globe and an unmatched ecosystem of products spanning across the sports betting, iGaming and free-to-play.

Our brands and sites include market movers and shakers like Jackpotjoy, Bally Bet, Vera&John, Virgin Casino and many more. We make our mark by embracing the diversity of our global team, challenging ourselves, and striving to make a difference for our players.

So, what will you be doing?

We are looking to bring on a new intake of Graduates to our Technical Graduate Scheme. Here at Bally's we do things a little differently to other companies, after an initial period of training within the team, we will throw you right into the action! You will be assigned to one of the teams and will start taking on stories from the team's backlog. As a Graduate in this stream you will be given the chance to learn your trade across our tech platform. During the scheme you will rotate across a number of our teams to give you exposure with different areas of our business and to learn a range of technology.

Whilst the team will provide the support needed for a graduate to excel, you are expected to quickly build up domain knowledge and work with latest technologies used by the team. You will have the satisfaction of being part of the team working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment delivering market leading games and features to entertain our players. Over two years, you'll contribute to some pretty exciting projects. You'll get exposure to advanced technologies and you'll have the chance to work alongside some of the best technical people in the industry.

We believe that you learn most things on the job. In addition, formal training will be provided where needed. Bally's offers multiple career paths, potentially leading to Architect, Development Manager and Team Lead.

Our Graduate scheme will start in September 2023.
